How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Movanur → Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
I lost my progress — can I recover it?
If you signed in with an account (Apple, Google, or email), your progress is saved to the cloud. Sign in with the same account on your new device and everything will be restored. If you deleted the app without an account, unfortunately progress cannot be recovered.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Open the app → Profile → tap "Restore Purchases". Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase and your Pro subscription will be restored.
Is Nura a real person?
No. Nura is an AI assistant powered by Claude (Anthropic). Every Nura message in the app is clearly labelled "AI". Nura can answer general questions about Islam but is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified scholar.
Are my messages to Nura private?
Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Message text is not linked to your name or email — only your conversation history is used for context. Conversations are deleted after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
I found something offensive in the community. What do I do?
Long-press any message in your journey group to report or block that user. Reports are reviewed promptly. You can also email us at support@movanur.com.
Is Movanur available on Android?
Currently iOS only. Android is on our roadmap — sign up to be notified when it launches by emailing us.
